Vegetable Penne Pasta

Ingredients

  • MAGGI® Professional Pasta Sauce Mix (White sauce)
  • Milk
  • Boiled penne pasta
  • Chopped garlic
  • Chopped parsley
  • Diced vegetables
  • Veg. stock
  • Oregano
  • Grated processed cheese
  • Salt
  • Crushed pepper
  • Butter

  • 210 gm (Al dente style for 8 minutes)

Method

  • 1. Make white sauce following the pack method of preparation (using MAGGI® Professional Pasta Sauce Mix and milk).
  • 2. Take a pan and add butter, chopped garlic, diced vegetables, crushed pepper & oregano.
  • 3. Sauté for 2 minutes.
  • 4. Add pasta, white sauce & veg stock to the above and mix well. Cook this for 2-3 minutes.
  • 5. Season as per taste & add parsley. Cook this for a minute.
  • 6. Once you get the desired consistency of pasta sauce, top the dish with grated processed cheese and serve hot.
