Vegetable Penne Pasta

Ingredients

- Milk
- Boiled penne pasta
- Chopped garlic
- Chopped parsley
- Diced vegetables
- Veg. stock
- Oregano
- Grated processed cheese
- Salt
- Crushed pepper
- Butter

Method
- 1. Make white sauce following the pack method of preparation (using MAGGI® Professional Pasta Sauce Mix and milk).
- 2. Take a pan and add butter, chopped garlic, diced vegetables, crushed pepper & oregano.
- 3. Sauté for 2 minutes.
- 4. Add pasta, white sauce & veg stock to the above and mix well. Cook this for 2-3 minutes.
- 5. Season as per taste & add parsley. Cook this for a minute.
- 6. Once you get the desired consistency of pasta sauce, top the dish with grated processed cheese and serve hot.
