



- MAGGI® Professional Pasta Sauce Mix (White sauce)21 g
- Milk300 ml
- Frozen corns80 g
- Shredded spinach120 g
- Chopped garlic10 g
- Chopped onion30 g
- Oregano2 g
- Chili flakes2 g
- Grated mozzarella cheese30 g
- Grated processed cheese (Amul)20 g
- Saltto taste
- Crushed pepper2 g
- Butter20 g
Prepare Corn and Spinach Augratin Recipe
- Step 1
Make white sauce following the pack method of preparation (using MAGGI® Professional Pasta Sauce Mix and milk).
- Step 2
Take a pan and add butter, chopped garlic, chopped onion, corns, crushed pepper, chili flakes & oregano.
- Step 3
Sauté for 2 minutes.
- Step 4
Add shredded spinach & cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Step 5
Then add white sauce, processed cheese & salt, mix well.
- Step 6
Cook this for 2-3 minutes, till the desired sauce consistency is achieved (semi thick).
- Step 7
Pour this in the baking mould & then sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese.
- Step 8
Gratinate it under the salamander or bake it in the oven.
Serve hot with bread rolls on the side.
