  • Oil
    1 tbsp
  • Chopped onion
    2 tbsp
  • Chopped tomatoes
    2 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilli
  • Chopped coriander leaves
    2 tbsp
  • Chopped cucumber
    2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice
    1 tbsp
  • Salt
    As required
  • Chili powder
    1/2 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder

  • Bhujia sev
    1/2 cup
How to Make MAGGI® Noodles Chakna

Prepare MAGGI® Noodles Chakna

  • Step 1

    In a bowl, combine onions, tomatoes, green chili, cucumber, coriander, salt, chili powder, pepper powder, and lemon juice. Mix well.

  • Step 2

    In a saucepan, add 210 ml water, MAGGI® noodles, and MAGGI® tastemaker and bring it to a boil. Cook for 2 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Transfer MAGGI® noodles into a serving bowl, layered with bhujia sev.

  • Serving Suggestions:

    Garnish with bhujia sev.
