



- MAGGI® coconut milk powder (add water to reach the desired consistency of coconut milk)400 ml
- MAGGI® coconut milk powder (cream) (add water to reach the desired consistency of Coconut cream)100 ml
- Rice ada100 g
- Jaggery400 g
- Ghee2 tbsp
- Raisins25 g
- Cashewnuts25 g
- Cardamom powder½ tsp
Prepare Ada Pradhaman
- Step 1
Soak the ada in hot water for 30-40 minutes. Drain the water and rinse in cold water to prevent ada to stick.
- Step 2
Soak jaggery with 100 ml water.
- Step 3
Fry raisins and cashewnuts in ghee.
- Step 4
In the same ghee, fry soaked ada for about 1 minute.
- Step 5
Add jaggery. Cook for 6-8 minutes.
- Step 6
Add coconut milk, cook for another 5-6 minutes, until it become thick.
- Step 7
Add coconut cream, cardamom powder & fried cashew nuts and raisins.
- Step 8
Cook for another 2 minutes.
Garnish with fried coconut strips.
