Prepare Kerala Stew (Veg)
- Step 1
Heat oil in a pan; add cloves, pepper, cardamom, onion, green chillies, curry leaves, ginger, and garlic, and sauté for a few minutes.
- Step 2
Add potato (add veggies/chicken/mutton), and water, and cook for a few minutes.
- Step 3
Add MAGGI® coconut milk powder into the curry and cook well until it is of a stew consistency.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve hot with appam or idiyappam.
