Prepare Burmese Khao-suey With Vegetables
- Step 1
Make a paste of onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and chili.
- Step 2
In a heated pan, add oil, paste (from step 1), coconut milk (made by adding water to MAGGI® coconut milk powder until desired consistency is achieved), water, and salt, and bring it to a boil.
- Step 3
In a serving bowl, put boiled noodles and pour the liquid (from step 2).
- Step 4
Top it with cooked vegetables, fried garlic, browned onion, peanuts, and fresh coriander.
Serve it with a lemon wedge.
