- MAGGI® Coconut Milk Powder150 g

Prepare Chingri Malai Curry Recipe
- Step 1
Shallow fry the clean & washed prawn for about 1minute on each side.
- Step 2
In a wok heat mustard oil, add whole garam masala (cinnamon & cardamom as well) & bay leaf.
- Step 3
Add onion paste & fry for about 1minute, add Ginger garlic paste & fry until cooked.
- Step 4
Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Step 5
Add MAGGI® Coconut Milk Powder, green chilli, water (as per consistency required), season as per taste with salt and sugar.
- Step 6
Add fried prawn & cook for about 7-8 minutes.
- Step 7
Once the prawn is cooked & gravy is thick enough, finish with garam masala & ghee.
Serve hot with steamed rice on the side.
