



- MAGGI® coconut milk powder100 g
- Water300 g
- Fish cubes200 g
- Raw mango60 g
- Small onions50 g
- Coconut oil2 tbsp
- Green chilli3
- Curry leaves5 g
- SaltTo taste
- Ginger slices10 g
- Turmeric powder1 tbsp
- Chilli powder1 tbsp
Prepare Alleppey Fish Curry
- Step 1
Heat oil in a pan, add green chillies, curry leaves, small onions, raw mango and sauté well.
- Step 2
Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and cook well until raw flavour goes out.
- Step 3
Add MAGGI® coconut milk powder and bring to a boil for 4-5 mins. Add water, as per the desired consistency required.
- Step 4
Add cleaned fish cubes and cook it on low flame.
- Step 5
Cook till fish softens and the gravy thickens.
Serve hot with rice or appam.
