



- MAGGI® coconut milk powder (add water in the desired consistency to make coconut milk)200 ml
- Chopped shallots150 g
- Chopped tomatoes100 g
- Ginger + garlic paste1 tbsp
- Coconut oil2 tbsp
- Mustard seeds1/2 tsp

- Whole garam masala (cardamom 2 nos, cinnamon stick - 1 nos, cloves - 3/4 nos)1 tbsp
- Fish (sliced)250 g
- Turmeric powder1 tbsp
- Chilli powder1 tbsp
- Coriander powder1 tbsp
- Cumin powder1 tbsp
- Tamarind pulp1 tbsp
- Chopped coriander1 tbsp

Prepare Malabar Fish Curry
- Step 1
Marinade the fish with lemon juice and turmeric powder.
- Step 2
In a pan, add oil, whole garam masala, mustard seeds, curry leaves, shallots, whole garlic cloves, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Step 3
Add ginger, garlic paste and tomato, and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
- Step 4
Add the dry spice powder and salt, sprinkle some water, and cook on slow flame for 4-5 minutes.
- Step 5
Add fish, coconut milk, and a little bit of water, and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Add tamarind pulp and chopped coriander. Serve hot.
