



- MAGGI® coconut milk powder (Add water to reach the desired consistency of coconut cream)450 ml
- Ridge gourd2
- Chopped tomato2
- Chopped onion1
- Green chilli2
- Dry red chillies2
- Oil2 tbsp
- Curry leaves, mustard seeds, urad dal, cumin seedsAs required

Prepare Kottu
- Step 1
Wash, peel, and cut the ridge gourd into small pieces.
- Step 2
Take a pan, add curry leaves, mustard seeds, dry red chillies, cumin seeds, and urad dal.
- Step 3
After it starts to crackle, add slit green chillies & chopped onion. Fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Step 4
Add chopped tomato, cook for another 5-6 minutes in slow flame, until tomato become pulpy.
- Step 5
Add cut ridge gourd. Mix well.
- Step 6
Add 200 ml water and salt (as per taste). Cook for another 5-6 minutes.
- Step 7
Once the vegetables become soft, add coconut cream.
Garnish with curry leaves and serve with rice, idiyappam, roti or idly.
