- MAGGI® coconut milk powder100 g
- Water300 ml
- Mutton250 g
- Sliced onions100 g
- Chopped garlic10 g
- Sliced ginger10 g
- Coconut oil2 tbsp
- Green chilli4
- Curry leaves8
- Saltto taste
- Kashmiri chilli powder1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder1 tbsp
- Coriander powder1 tbsp
- Cashew nuts50 g
Prepare Mutton Mappas
- Step 1
Add water to mutton and boil it in a pressure cooker, and keep aside.
- Step 2
Soak cashew nuts and grind to a thick paste.
- Step 3
Heat oil in a pan; add curry leaves, ginger slices, garlic, onion and sauté well.
- Step 4
Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, and salt, and sauté well.
- Step 5
Add boiled mutton and MAGGI® coconut milk powder and cook well for 4-5 mins.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve hot with Appam.
