



- MAGGI® coconut milk powder150 g

- Raw mango15 pieces

Prepare Allappuzha Fish Curry
- Step 1
Make a paste with MAGGI® coconut milk powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, half a raw mango and tomato.
- Step 2
Wash the fish and marinate with salt and turmeric powder. Add water in the coconut mixture as per the required consistency.
- Step 3
Boil it along with the fish. Put remaining raw mango slices, salt and half of curry leaves. Cook for 15min.
- Step 4
Check the salt. Heat little coconut oil and put the remaining curry leaves with fenugreek seeds and mustard seeds.
Serve hot.
