- MAGGI® coconut milk powder (Add water to reach the desired consistency of coconut milk)200 ml
- Basmati rice100 g
- Ghee2 tbsp
- Whole garam masala1tbsp
- Chopped ginger1 tbsp
- Whole cumin/mustard seeds1 tsp
- Chopped onion1 medium
- Green chilli3
Prepare Coconut Rice
- Step 1
Wash and soak rice for 1 hour and drain water.
- Step 2
In a wok, add ghee, whole garam masala, mustard seeds, green chilli, chopped ginger, and onion. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Step 3
Add rice and coconut milk, salt. Cook on slow flame for 4-5 minutes.
- Step 4
Once the rice is cooked, add chopped coriander.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve Hot.
