



- Nestlé MILKMAID®200 g
- Full fat milk1 litre
- Chopped dried figs200 g
- Saffron strands (garnishing)a few strands
- Sliced almond (garnishing)10 g
Prepare Anjeer Rabdi
- Step 1
To make anjeer rabdi, take a deep thick bottom sauce pan. Combine milk and MILKMAID® in a pan, mix well and bring to a boil on a high flame, while stirring occasionally.
- Step 2
Reduce the heat and cook on a medium flame for 15 to 17 minutes, while stirring occasionally and scraping the sides of the pan. This step is essential to the anjeer rabdi recipe, because the malai stuck to the pan provides the thickness and consistency we desire.
- Step 3
Add the chopped anjeer, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 10 mins, while stirring occasionally and scraping the sides of the pan. (*soak the anjeer in water for 15 mins before the preparation).
- Step 4
Cool the anjeer rabdi completely, refrigerate for at least 1 hour and garnish with saffron strands, sliced almonds and serve chilled.
