



- Nestlé milk350 ml
- Nestlé MILKMAID® condensed milk170 g
- Custard powder20 g
- Saltpinch
- Vanilla essence10 ml
- For garnish
- Castor sugar200 g
Prepare Vanilla Crème Brûlée
- Step 1
To make the custard paste, add the custard powder to 50 ml of warm milk and make a smooth paste. Keep aside.
- Step 2
Cook the rest of Nestlé Milk and the Nestlé MILKMAID® condensed milk in a thick-bottomed pan until boiling.
- Step 3
Slowly add the prepared custard paste and stir vigorously using a whisk until it coats the back of the spoon. Add the salt and vanilla essence.
- Step 4
Pour in ramequins or containers and chill for 3-4 hours.
Sprinkle caster sugar on the cooled crème brûlée and torch till the sugar crackles and caramelizes.
