- NESTLÉ® MILKMAID® Condensed Milk1 tin (400 g)
- Milk1 litre
- Badam (almonds)50 g
- Kaju (cashew nuts)50 g
- Almond essence1/4 tsp
Prepare Badam Kheer Recipe
- Step 1
Blanch almonds and remove skin.
- Step 2
Soak almonds and cashew nuts in 2 cups of hot milk for 30 minutes.
- Step 3
Grind to a paste along with milk.
- Step 4
Heat the remaining milk to boil.
- Step 5
Add NESTLÉ® MILKMAID® Condensed Milk and the ground almond paste and cook for another 5 minutes with constant stirring.
- Step 6
Remove from fire and add almond essence to enhance the flavour.
Serve hot or cold.
