Custard Apple Rabdi

Don’t we all love the sweetness and delicious flavour of rabdi? This twist to the traditional dessert will make all the difference. Custard Apple Rabdi, as the name says, has the goodness of custard apples combined with the creaminess of milk and Nestlé MILKMAID®. Serve chilled or warm with lots of chopped dry fruits on top.

  • Full fat milk
    1 ltr
  • Nestlé MILKMAID®
    400 g
  • Everyday milk powder
    2 tbsp
  • Custard apple/ sitafal pulp
    100 g
  • Chopped dry nuts (badam and pista)
    2 tbsp
How to Make Custard Apple Rabdi

Prepare Custard Apple Rabdi

  • Step 1

    Boil milk in a pan on a medium flame, until it gets thick.

  • Step 2

    Make a smooth paste of milk powder in 2 tablespoons of water. Add this paste to the above hot milk and mix it well.

  • Step 3

    Add MILKMAID® in the above hot milk and cook the milk for 30 minutes on a low flame.

  • Step 4

    Add chopped dry nuts and custard apple pulp to it. Mix well and turn off the gas.

  • Step 5

    Custard apple rabdi is ready to be served chilled or warm.

    Serve chilled or warm
