- Nestlé MILKMAID®400 g
- Milk1 litre
- Elaichi (cardamom) powder1/2 tsp
- Kishmish (raisins)3 tbsp
- Chopped kaju (cashew nuts)3 tbsp
- Grated paneer500 g
Prepare Bengali Channar Payesh
- Step 1
Boil milk in a pan, add MILKMAID®, and mix well.
- Step 2
Add the grated paneer, stir well and cook on low flame till the payesh is thick. Add elaichi powder and mix well.
- Step 3
Pour into a suitable sized serving bowl. Decorate with cashew nuts and raisins.
