Jauz Ka Meetha

    1 tin (400 g)
  • Badam (almonds)
  • Jaiphal (nutmeg) powder
    3 tsp
  • Kesar (saffron)
    10/12 strands
  • Paneer grated
    500 g
  • Ghee
    3 tbsp (25 g)
How to Make Jauz Ka Meetha

Prepare Jauz Ka Meetha

  • Step 1

    In a wok, mix half the Nestlé MILKMAID® condensed milk , paneer, ghee, saffron and nutmeg powder.

  • Step 2

    Cook till ghee starts separating, then add the remaining Nestlé MILKMAID® condensed milk, mix well and remove from fire.

  • Step 3

    Blanch the almonds, remove the skin and cut into slivers.

  • Step 4

    Add to above mixture and mix well.

  • Serving Suggestions:

    Serve hot or warm.
