



- Melted dark chocolate compound550 g
- 1 can Nestlé MILKMAID® condensed milk400 g
- Vanilla essence15 ml
- Paprika powder (for the truffle)15 g
- Toasted sesame seeds15 g
- Paprika powder (For Filling)5 g
- Nestlé KITKAT® bits200 g
- Melted dark chocolate compound (for coating the truffles)200 g
Prepare Sesame and Paprika Truffle
- Step 1
Mix the sesame seeds and paprika powder for the filling.
- Step 2
Melt the dark chocolate compound over a bain-marie or in the microwave oven.
- Step 3
Whisk in the Nestlé MILKMAID® condensed milk into the chocolate until smooth and glossy. Add vanilla essence and paprika. Mix well.
- Step 4
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until firm enough to make truffle balls.
- Step 5
Make 15 g truffle balls and stuff them with a little paprika and sesame seeds using your palm. Coat the truffles with some melted chocolate and roll in Nestlé KITKAT® bits making sure the truffles are covered by the toppings.
Serve with Kit Kat Bits topping.
