    1 heaped tbsp
  • Powdered sugar
    2 tbsp
  • Paneer
    ½ kg
  • Dairy whitener

How to Make Sandesh

Prepare Sandesh

  • Step 1

    Blend all the ingredients to get a smooth paste (using a mixer).

  • Step 2

    Heat the mixture in a thick-bottomed pan.

  • Step 3

    Once heated, reduce the flame and cook on low heat, stirring continuously for 15 to 20 minutes or till dry enough.

  • Serving Suggestions:

    Pour onto a greased plate and cool. Cut into desired shapes.
