- Nestlé MILKMAID®250 g
- Desiccated coconut400 g
- Grated khoya50 g
- Cashew10 g
- Pistachio10 g
- Cardamom powder3 g
Prepare Khopra Paak
- Step 1
Take MILKMAID® and khoya in a pan, and keep on a low flame. Mix it well.
- Step 2
Add desiccated coconut and mix well.
- Step 3
Now to this mixture add chopped cashews and saffron soaked in milk, mix well.
- Step 4
Cook the mixture on low flame by stirring constantly. When the mixture thickens, add cardamom powder and turn off the flame. The mixture for nariyal paak is now done and ready. Transfer the mixture to a greased tray.
- Step 5
Evenly spread the mixture in the tray and sprinkle thinly sliced pistachios over this. Press them gently with a spoon. Keep the nariyal paak aside to set. When it’s set, cut it into desired square shape and serve.
