- NESTLÉ® MILKMAID® Condensed Milk1 tin (400 g)
- Milk2 cups (300 ml)
- Grated and mashed paneer500 g
- Rose water2 tbsp
- Ghee1/3 cup (50 g)
- Shredded country rose petals1-1/2 cups
Prepare Gulab Ki Thandi Kheer Recipe
- Step 1
In a pan, mix together the NESTLÉ® MILKMAID® Condensed Milk, milk, paneer and ghee. Bring to a boil.
- Step 2
Simmer for 5 minutes, remove from stove and cool to room temperature.
- Step 3
Add the rose water and shredded rose petals and mix well.
- Step 4
Cool it down in the refrigerator before serving.
