



- Milk5 cups (750 ml)
- Nestlé MILKMAID® Condensed Milk200g
- Cashew nuts10
- Ghee4 tbsp
- Thin vermicelli50 g
- Sliced seedless dates5
- Blanched and sliced almonds10
- Blanched and sliced pistachios10
- Blanched chironji2 tbsp
- Raisins10
- Melon seed1 tbsp
Prepare Sheer Khurma
- Step 1
Heat 2 tbsp of ghee in a pan and fry the vermicelli till brown, keep aside.
- Step 2
In a pan, heat milk to boil, add the vermicelli and simmer till it is cooked.
- Step 3
Add MILKMAID® and dates in the vermicelli and mix well. Heat well to get a thick mixture and transfer into a bowl.
- Step 4
Heat the remaining ghee in a pan.
- Step 5
Add the nuts and melon seeds. When they turn golden brown, add raisins.
- Step 6
Pour this over the vermicelli mixture.
Serve warm
