



- Nestlé MILKMAID®200 g
- Gulab jamuns (mini)15
- Fresh cream (whipped)300 g
- Biscuits80 g
- Butter50 g
- Gelatin12 g
- Mascarpone cheese100 g
- Vanilla essence3 ml
- Cardamom powder1 g
- Chopped pista10 g
Prepare Gulab Jamun Cheese Cake
- Step 1
Crush biscuits, mix melted butter, and set in an 8-inch ring.
- Step 2
Now whip cream till it doubles in volume and keep aside.
- Step 3
Whip cream cheese and MILKMAID®, till it softens and add it with whipped cream.
- Step 4
Add gelatin, vanilla essence, and cardamom powder to the cream.
- Step 5
Now arrange 12 gulab jamuns over biscuits, and pour cream mix over it. Allow this to set in the refrigerator for hours.
- Step 6
Once it’s set, arrange the remaining gulab jamuns on the cheese cake and serve after de-moulding.
