- Nestlé MILKMAID® Condensed Milk400g
- Rice raw50 g
- Milk1 litre
- Chopped mixed dried fruitsOptional
- Elaichi (cardamom) powderOptional
Prepare Rice Kheer
- Step 1
Wash rice and put it to pressure cook in milk for 10 minutes (or cook on slow fire, till rice is soft).
- Step 2
Add Nestlé MILKMAID® Condensed Milk and cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly, until the kheer reaches the desired consistency.
- Step 3
Remove from fire.
Serve garnished with nuts/ elaichi powder.
