



- Nestlé MILKMAID® condensed milk1/2 tin (200 g)
- Ghee1/2 tsp
- Makhana3 cups (30 g)
- Grated coconut1/2 cup (30 g)
- Elaichi (cardamom) powder1/2 tsp
- Chopped badam (almonds)5
- Milk6 cups
- Kishmish (raisins) -8/10
Prepare Makhana Kheer
- Step 1
Fry makhana in ½ tsp of ghee and crush coarsely.
- Step 2
In a pan, mix crushed makhana, milk, and simmer on slow fire for 5-10 mins.
- Step 3
Add grated coconut and continue to cook for another few minutes with frequent stirring, until creamy and little thick.
- Step 4
Add Nestlé MILKMAID® condensed milk and cook for another 5 mins, till the desired consistency is achieved.
- Step 5
Add green cardamom powder and remove from fire.
Serve hot or cold garnished with shredded almonds and raisins.
