



- Nestlé MILKMAID® condensed milk200 g

- Yoghurt250 g

Prepare Saffron Baked Yoghurt with Honey Toasted Nuts
- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 100-120 degrees celsius.
- Step 2
Whisk Nestlé MILKMAID® condensed milk, cooking cream, and yoghurt to a smooth consistency.
- Step 3
Scrape the vanilla bean into the mixture and mix well. Sieve the liquid. Add the saffron soaked in a little warm milk.
- Step 4
Pour 120 g of liquid into glass bowls and bake in a water bath for 30-35 minutes or until the yoghurt is baked.
- Step 5
Remove from the oven and chill.
- Step 6
In the meantime, toast the mixed nuts. When cooled, add the honey and coat all the nuts.
Place the honey-toasted nuts on the baked yoghurt along with a few strands of saffron and fresh mint sprig.
