Prepare Mocha Cookies
- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees celsius. Line a baking tray with a silpat or baking paper.
- Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk together the Nestlé MILKMAID® condensed milk and the eggs.
- Step 3
Next, whisk in the melted butter, chocolate, and vanilla essence.
- Step 4
Sieve the flour, baking powder, and NESCAFÉ® coffee powder, and fold into the mixture.
- Step 5
Finally mix in the white and dark chocolate chips. Chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
- Step 6
Scoop golf ball-sized (30 g) dollops of cookie on the baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Cool and store in an airtight jar.
