Treat your customers to Rasmalai Delight, a Bengali specialty made with rasgulla (sweetened balls of paneer) soaked in sweetened, thickened milk that has been scented with cardamom and saffron. This creamy, dreamy dessert is made with rasmalai, whipped cream, and of course, Nestlé MILKMAID®. Do not forget to garnish with butterscotch crunch for a delicious flavour.
- Nestlé MILKMAID®200 g
- Small rasmalai25-30g/piece
- Fresh cream (whipped)350 g
- Vanilla essence3 ml
- Butterscotch crunch25 g
- Cardamom powder3 g
Prepare Rasmalai Delight
- Step 1
Whip the cream until it doubles in volume; then add MILKMAID®, cardamom powder, and vanilla essence to this.
- Step 2
Now take one short glass, layer the cream first, then butterscotch crunch, rasmalai, again cream, and top it with rasamalai.
- Step 3
Now garnish with butterscotch crunch and place this in the refrigerator to chill.
