- NESTLÉ® MILKMAID® Condensed Milk1 tin (400 g)
- Milk1 litre
- Elaichi (cardamom) Powder1/2 tsp
- Kishmish (raisins)3 tbsp
- Chopped kaju (cashew nuts)3 tbsp
- Grated paneer500 g
Prepare Bengali Chanar Payesh Recipe
- Step 1
Boil milk in a pan, add NESTLÉ® MILKMAID® Condensed Milk and mix well.
- Step 2
Add the grated paneer, stir well and cook on low flame till the payesh is thick. Add the elaichi powder and mix well.
- Step 3
Pour into a suitable sized serving bowl to serve.
Garnish with chopped nuts and serve chilled.
