



- NESTLÉ® MILKMAID® Condensed Milk1/2 tin (200 g)
- Dahi (Curd)500 g
- Kesar (Saffron)10-15 strands
- Cardamom Powder1/2 tsp
- Finely Chopped Mixed Dried Fruits (optional)2/3 tbsp
Prepare Kesar Shrikhand Recipe
- Step 1
Put curd in a muslin cloth and allow to hang for 30 minutes or keep in a strainer with fine mesh. Press to make sure that excess water is removed.
- Step 2
Soak the saffron strands in 1 tbsp water.
- Step 3
Pass the hung curd through strainer to get smooth thick curd without lumps. In a bowl mix together the curd, NESTLÉ® MILKMAID® Condensed Milk , soaked saffron strands and cardamom powder.
- Step 4
Place in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.
Garnish with finely chopped nuts.
